HOT BODY Bootcamp reflects Jen’s 17-year history in group fitness and bootcamp training with her special, hand-picked 8-week selection of some of the top fitness classes ever offered at Kees Camp!
The bootcamp features a convenient schedule of 14 power-packed classes per week for 8 weeks. It’s open enrollment, so you have the flexibility to come to the classes you want, when you want, and as often as you want -- all for a low, flat-rate investment that‘s competitive with the bubble-gum, big-box, fitness-mill chain gyms.
As a special surprise, we’re bringing back a class from the Kees Camp training archives: HEAT (High Energy Athletic Training). We haven't ran it for several years, but knew it would be a perfect fit when designing this challenge -- Your cardio will be tested, but you'll love it!

Didn't join the first week? No problem. You can still sign up! Our store automatically adjusts the price to the current week of the bootcamp every Sunday night to make sure you get the right price without a bunch of hassle!
