SPORT & KENDRA Flat Ceiling Mount
The SPORT & KENDRA Flat Ceiling Mount provides a permanent flat ceiling mount for your X-POLE SPORT or KENDRA pole.
The mount should be installed into a ceiling stud/beam. It is a permanent mount that replaces the removable ceiling plate that came with your pole. Pole can still be dissasembled as needed, only the mount remains attached to the ceiling.
Make sure you order the right diameter mount for your X-POLE. 45mm mounts will only work with 45mm poles. 50mm mounts will only work with 50mm poles.
Note: KENDRA poles are 45mm only.

45mm vs. 50mm
X-Pole products are available in "Petite" 45mm (1.75 in) or "Standard" 50mm (2.0 in) sizes. 45mm poles are easier to grip and may be more suited to you if you have small hands. 50mm is the industry standard size. Although harder to grip, as you progress into intermediate and advanced climbs and inversions, 50mm poles are easier to grip with your legs.
IMPORTANT: Particularly important if you are buying pole extensions, 45mm only works with 45mm poles. 50mm only works with 50mm poles. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size when placing your orders as shipping is non-refundable.
