THE CLASS
INTRO TO POLE pole fitness class is a fantastic way to explore what the world of pole fitness can offer you. Similar to the first week of a Level 1 FLIRT class, you will learn basic movement on (and around) the pole, and get a taste of the fat-melting, calorie-shredding, core-strengthening this sexy, empowering workout offers. Skip the boring, routine workouts and get back in touch with you with fitness that is actually fun!
INTRO TO POLE is a great idea if you want to try before you buy, or if you're looking for a fun, one-time activity with your friends prior to a night out!

We give you the ability to make the most of the pole fitness medium: to FLOW with the pole, to PERFORM, to be FLUID and NATURAL -- not just learn a laundry list of tricks matched with rudimentary movements to get you from one trick to another.
