POLE PLAY pole fitness class is a drop-in, non-structured class especially for existing pole students to get in extra workouts during the week.It lets you get additional time with the pole, perfect your tricks, improve your body strength and boost cardio conditioning.
In POLE PLAY, you'll self-direct your workout at your own pace. You choose what you want to work on, and we'll be there to help. An instructor is present to oversee the class, help you with tricks, and answer questions.
We recommend that our clients get at least two to three workouts per week. POLE PLAY is a fantastic way to achieve that!
Decide how many times you'd like to attend -- classes are open to all, so mix-and-match the classes, days and times however you want.
