You'll receive one-on-one coaching to learn pole dancing tricks and transitions, exotic floor movements and plenty of extras that will take your workouts to the next level! Held in our private studio.

Please Note: To help ensure program success, training sessions must be used at the rate of at least 1 per week. 24-hour notice required for a training appointment cancellation.
