Virtual Training is ideal when it's not practical to visit the studio on a regular basis, or for those that prefer to work on their own with guidance. Virtual Training gives you customized daily workouts delivered right to your e-mail -- we put all the thought and insight into the program, but you get to do it wherever (and whenever) you want. Virtual Training packages include a one-on-one, 1-hour consultation to develop a comprehensive assessment of your goals and a strategic plan to achieve them.
