THE CLASS
Level 3 VIXEN pole fitness class is the next step after the Level 2 TEMPTRESS course. By now the confidence in your presence is apparent; your body (and mind) is leaner, stronger, sexier and more skilled. In VIXEN, you'll continue honing your pole technique, and expand your workouts with 10 hot new tricks and 9 transitions!
In VIXEN, you'll also learn the complete Kees Camp Pole Fitness Studio Level 3 VIXEN pole routine to add to your growing pole performance repertoire!
VIXEN is once per week for 6 weeks. Classes meet on the same day and time throughout the 6 weeks, so it's easy to plan for. Browse the class list, and choose the start date, day and time that works best for you :)

Not to brag (OK, maybe a little), but our style of pole fitness generates an extra quality it's hard to put a finger on -- you watch one of our students and just know they're special!
In addition to its roots as a worldwide-proven, nationally certified program originated by some of the best minds in pole fitness, Kees Camp Pole Fitness Studio curriculum is backed by two decades of top-level dance/choreography experience and group fitness training mastery!
We give you the ability to make the most of the pole fitness medium: to FLOW with the pole, to PERFORM, to be FLUID and NATURAL -- not just learn a laundry list of tricks matched with rudimentary movements to get you from one trick to another. We brought pole fitness to Central Iowa in 2007, and have an established track record of helping HUNDREDS of Iowan women meet their pole fitness goals. Now it's your turn!

TIDBIT: Classes are small and private so that you get extra attention and work with the same comfortable group over your session. And, important, because spots are reserved, YOU NEVER HAVE TO SHARE a pole during valuable class time. It's your time, body & investment after all!
*NEW (L3.5 Class) next to a class date indicates a class that teaches an alternate pole routine than the L3 class routine. We created L3.5 classes for the benefit of students that wanted to take L3 again, but learn a different dance with it. L3 and L3.5 classes are identical in every other aspect (skill level, workout benefits, etc.). If you are new to Level 3, you are good to go with either choice as the skill sets are identical :)
