Kees Camp Pole Fitness Studio Class Descriptions

BEGINNER CLASSES

LEVEL 1 FLIRT CLASS: (4 weeks) Learn how to move with, and around, the pole. Basic floor, dance and trick fundamentals are learned that tighten and tone your body. You will also learn how to incorporate these moves into your first routine.

LEVEL 2 TEMPTRESS CLASS: (6 weeks) Refines the techniques learned in Level One and expands your workout with new tricks and techniques into a poised performance that exudes confidence and sensuality. You'll learn a new routine while continuing to melt fat, gain strength and shape your body.

 

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES

LEVEL 3 VIXEN CLASS: (6 weeks) By now, the confidence in your presence is apparent. Tricks on the pole become stronger and more intense. Your body and pole now work together! You learn to wrap, tuck and bend precisely. New, skillful tricks are learned and the sexy Vixen routine is taught.

LEVEL 4 DIVA CLASS: (6 weeks) The heels and attitude are on! You will be introduced to even more challenging moves, including viewing the world sideways and from above as you climb to new heights! You will increase your upper body strength and improve your cardio with each move, and you'll learn the true Diva routine.

 

ADVANCED CLASSES

LEVEL 5 SIREN CLASS: (8 weeks) As a Sexy Siren, you are becoming physically and emotionally stronger. Feeling empowered, you take risks and let yourself shine! You'll learn new and challenging pole, dance and floor moves. With the new Siren routine, you'll let the music move you and enjoy the visual art you have become as a Siren.

INTRO CLASS: (1 session) The perfect introduction to pole fitness! Similar to the first week of a Level 1 pole fitness class, you will learn what a fun and fantastic workout pole fitness is. A good idea if you want to try it before purchasing a course.

TRICKSTER CLASS: (drop-in) A drop-in class designed for existing students that want additional classes and/or refinement on their technique, this class focuses just on pole tricks and transitions. Trickster gives every student the opportunity to perfect their pole work, improve their upper body strength, and strengthen core muscles. You'll learn a new trick or two every class! Buy one drop-in, or buy multiple trickster classes and save!

POLE PERSONAL TRAINING: (custom packages) Offered in one-one sessions or buddy up with a friend! Same concept as personal training, but you are trained in pole fitness exclusively.
