Personal Training at Kees Camp


Do things you never thought you could do, enjoy flexible scheduling, positive motivation -- all while changing your body and mindset!

Backed by years of experience, Kees Camp offers customized personal training to meet your unique physique goals. Personal training sessions are one-on-one, include equipment, and are 1 hour in duration. Your first session is a "roadmap" session -- you'll meet with Jen to develop a comprehensive assessment of your goals and a strategic plan to achieve them. If you appreciate the attention and detail of personal training, there's no better choice out there -- contact Jen today!

We also offer Buddy Up packages -- special two-person training packages. A perfect choice if you want to work out with a friend that has similar fitness goals.

Virtual Training is ideal when it's not practical to visit the studio on a regular basis, or for those that prefer to work on their own with guidance. Virtual Training gives you customized daily workouts delivered right to your e-mail -- we still put all the thought and insight into the program, but you get to do it wherever (and whenever) you want. Virtual Training packages include a one-on-one, 1-hour consultation to develop a comprehensive assessment of your goals and a strategic plan to achieve them.

PLEASE NOTE: it is recommended that you e-mail or call Jen prior to purchase to ensure that you have a time slot reserved that will fit with your schedule. If you purchase a package without a time slot, we'll contact you to make arrangements. To help ensure program success, training sessions must be used at the rate of at least 1 per week. Strict 24-hour notice required for a training appointment cancellation.
